Martin Welch is the DBA at Quaker Oats company. Martin is working in the said company since 2004 and up to the present.
To give a little background about Quaker Oats:
It started to operate in 1901, when a group of Americans decided to incorporate together and decided to name the company as Quaker Oats. The said company was successfully launched and they provide quality services and products to it's customers. After 100years of it's operation, in August 2001, Quaker Oats decided to merged with PepsiCo, Inc, where Martin was employed. Upon the merging of both companies, Welch worked in Quaker Oats and still holds the position up to the present. This company is located in Chicago Area.
From 1969- 1979, Martin finished his education at Creydon College. After he graduated, he started to search for the job and luckily he was able to work in different companies.

Martin Welch is one of the English teachers at Bryant High School. He teaches English 12 in the said school. This school is located at Irvington, AL. And this considered also as one of the best schools that offers quality education. They make sure that each of their students earned enough knowledge and responsible enough. Martin finished his college with the degree of B.S. Secondary Education/ Language Arts at University of South Alabama. He took his M.Ed Educational Leadership at the same university also.

Dr. Martin Welch Research Works!
Dr. Martin Welch is the lecturer in Microbiology at the University of Cambridge for the Department of Biochemistry. Dr. Welch has a group in which their studies focus on the microbiology research laboratory and the their main focus is on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa. They also work on other species. Martin is the head of the group.
Their team's particular research interestes includes the following:
*the biofilm and colony phenotype
*investigating the production and function of rhamnolipids
*investigating the response and resistance of P. aeruginosa antibiotic treatment
*investigating how antibiotics affect quorum sensing regulation
*contribution of each quorum sensing system.
Additionally they have researched the stress response in E. Carotovora and are involved in the testing of DOS synthesised chemical compounds for antibiotic efficacy.
Together with his team, Dr. Welch used the combination of state-of-the-art"-omics and different biological approaches to investigate.
